Who We Are

LVM Tech is a Canadian-owned company based in Mississauga, Ontario. We’re proud to be a Bell Authorized Dealer, and we also provide SaaS products across North America—including GPS Fleet Management, Mobile Forms, and more. Our custom software development division builds tech solutions that help businesses operate smarter.

We’re scaling up, and looking for high-energy, commission-driven sales reps to join our on-site team. This is a full-cycle, outbound B2B sales role—and we’re not just offering a job, we’re offering a career path with serious earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is an end-to-end sales position, which means you’ll own the full process:

  • Cold calling & outbound prospecting to generate new B2B leads
  • Booking meetings and product demos with potential clients
  • Creating and presenting proposals and pricing
  • Closing deals and getting contracts signed
  • After-sales coordination to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

It’s a hands-on role with a clear path from hustle to paycheck. You’ll be part of a collaborative sales team, but your performance (and your earnings) are 100% in your hands.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not hiring based on tech or telecom experience—we’re hiring based on drive and attitude. Here’s what we want:

  • Sales experience (not necessarily in B2B, but you’ve picked up the phone and closed before)
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Someone who loves the chase, thrives on targets, and wants to earn more by doing more
  • Tech-savvy is a bonus, but not a requirement
  • Reliable commute to our office in Mississauga (this is an on-site position)
  • Self-starter, resilient, and results-focused
