Our focus is B2B sales of GPS Fleet Management, Wireless Services, and Mobile Workforce Management tools.  We provide communication and productivity solutions for mobile work forces in various industries. LVM Tech is a growth driven company in a fast-paced exciting industry.

 

Compensation – Salary & Commission + Residual

  • Salary range – $50,000 – $60,000 per year
  • Expected Year 1 Commission & Residual – $51,000
    • Based on 100 GPS Activations Per month
  • Total expected year 1 compensation – $101,000

 

The successful candidate – Lead generation & relationship building are counted as the best tools in your skill set. You are a driven true bred salesperson.  You are technology savvy; love interacting with people and are motivated by establishing new relationships and closing business.  You are a polished professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead generation
    • Generate new leads, establish client meetings, close net new business
  • Primary Sales Focus
    • LVM Track GPS tracking, Fleet Management SaaS Software suite
  • End to End Sales
    • Establish Leads, perform needs analysis & pitch, quotation & closing
  • Sell Mobile Forms and Pre Trip Inspection products
  • Follow up on web marketing leads
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers
  • Prepare and execute action plans based on industry and product
  • Participate and facilitate meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store
  • Create and maintain metrics and sales activity reports
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from direct sales and network activity
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
  • Prepare RFP (Q)’s
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
  • Participate in sales channel training events and presentations

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to generate client facing materials using Power Point
  • Technically minded with a keen ability to grasp new technologies and present them to end users
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to ensure the highest level of quality and precision in all areas of work
  • Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
  • Strong computer and technical skills with a solid understanding of internet technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Goal oriented capable of completing tasks in an efficient and timely manner

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in GPS Fleet Management & IoT is an asset
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in outbound Enterprise Sales
  • Wireless communications background and tech savvy
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Post Secondary education in relevant field
  • Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a requirement
