Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Level – Entry Level. Some experience required.

Location – 1788 Drew Rd, Mississauga, ON

The successful candidate – You are passionate about customer service and serving the needs of the client.  You are technology savvy; love interacting with people and are motivated by client and co-worker interactions.  You excel in multitasking & task prioritization. Expresses desire to be a part of a dynamic team in an exciting industry with a growing company.

Compensation – $18.00 per hour

 

Daily Responsibilities & Job Outline

  • Experience in an office environment is an asset
  • Order Processing & Shipping
    • Process Bell Corporate Orders
  • Support: to answer customer inquiries via phone and email and find an appropriate solution
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Multitasking and task prioritization is key
  • Management and deployment of mobile forms
  • Billing, Invoicing, Payment Processing
  • Existing client account management and renewals
  • Experience in cell phones sales, cell customer service or phone retail sales is desired
  • Additional experience working for Rogers, Bell Mobility or Telus is highly desired
  • Experience in IT working with cellular phones is an asset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Excellent communication skills (communicating with clients will be a staple of this position)
  • Willingness and ability to learn and apply said knowledge appropriately

 

Required Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of mobile devices (cellular) and their applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Experience in customer service
  • Office Administration
  • Light Accounting Experience
